This is one of a lot of people’s best snack,. …. thank you so much for sharing. I have spent a lot of money ordering online from Nigeria . This will save me a lot of Dollars I tell you!!!!! 👍🏾…. I love this ❤
That won’t give you the same taste since tuwo is not fermented to achieve that tangy taste of Kokoro egba. But if you don’t mind that you won’t get the taste , you can use it
@@cynthiaugwoh7916 aren’t they the same? Ok, I think you’re referring to the very powdery flour (mostly used for pastries) when you say corn flour. This is just whole corn grinded into powder
@remremdfoodie Yes, l was referring to the powdery one for cooking or baking. They call it corn flour, is that what you used? I checked Google and saw they are different. I Would like to know. Thank you

Hello Oreoluwa .thanks a million.you really demystified canva🎉
Can we just use already blended corn flour?
Yes . As long as it’s only corn, not mixed with anything
Thanks so much for sharing
@@OlanrewajuOpeyemi-f4b it is my pleasure😊
Thank you so much, after many failed attempts at getting that iconic taste, at last.
@@zulaikhaajao2292 you’re most welcome
thanks for sharing, definitely worth trying although here in London yellow corn is more popular, I'll have to look for the white variety
You can definitely use yellow. It’s won’t affect the taste. It’ll only change the colour
Wow even do am Yoruba this is my first time hear about this snack Kokoro Egba ❤❤
@@oladoyejumoke407 oh really? It’s very popular in the southwest
Wow amazing recipe thank you so much for sharing definitely going to make it
@@agoiobunso Thank you very much. Please do
Thanks ma, can I use tuwo flour

Thanks for sharing ma,please can i add sugar
Yes then no onion but nutmeg
I’d say no. Kokoro egba is a savory dish. Sugar might not pair well with it.
But you can definitely make the version with sugar
Interesting, rhis is the first time I am seeing it.
I also have been looking for the recipe
Looks so super tasty so yummy
@@cookingwithmimmo Thank you 😊
Thank you very much for sharing ma. Please did you sift the flour after blending?
You’re welcome. No I didn’t
Wow thanks thanks 🎉🎉🎉.
Pls which blender did you use?
My pleasure. I used rockpower blender
Can we use yellow corn
@@margaretbanke880 yes. It will only change the colour, taste will remain the same
Thanks for sharing ma'am, but you didnot add sugar , please ma can yam pounder blender grand the corn?
Kokoro egba doesn’t include sugar. Yam pounder can’t grind corn. You need a good blender or use a commercial grinding machine
Yummy
It was. Thank you 😊
So let me get it. This one is corn flour, and not corn meal right? Because it looks like they are different

@@cynthiaugwoh7916 so I guess corn meal or corn flour can pass when referring to it
