Good job dear. Thank you so much. Well, since you decided to take me down this memory lane, do you have recipe for dankwuya. I ate dankwuya last before the Nigerian , Biafran war. I have never heard anyone talk about it. The time I ate it last will tell you how old I am. I have been desperate about how to get the tutorial. Thank you for what you do.
Thank you so much. Wow! I still bought dankwua last week on the street of Lagos. I understand it may not be common in some areas. Have you searched here on TH-cam for the recipe? I do not have the recipe on this channel yet but I have plans to film it soon.
My dear, I am in US. When I send my younger ones to buy it for me they don’t really know what it is and where to buy it and I have not been home for a time but by God’s grace I will be going in December. I will look for but I still want to know how to make if you know. I don’t mean to bombard with this story. That’s the only way I can explain myself. I am so sorry.
Thinking about this for some reason and decided to look it up on TH-cam. That candy was from my childhood in 🇳🇬 and very popular. If we've enterprising spirit, this will be big biz worldwide 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 🇩🇪
I completely understand you, because even now, it’s still a favourite of many people. So I have no doubt about it selling out . I’ve had quite a number of people abroad asking if I sell and can send to them abroad.
Yes, I do something of this nature for sell here in Nigeria but mine it's coconut chips, it's properly dried so that it can last long and it's very tasty.
Hi Remi! My grandfather was from Barbados. He used to make coconut candy on occasion but I was just a child and didn’t know the process or ingredients. Thank you for sharing this feedback. I’m thinking that may be because there’s still some moisture in it. If you allowed the water released by the coconut dry up, it should stick
