    I have one, the red one. I love it so much, yet I couldn't agree with you more:
    1. Original tires are crap. They tend to slide if you do cornering.
    2. That speedo is total liar, when I maxed it out, I often being passed by a 110 cc scooter. A 110 cc scooter!!! Good lord!
    3. Neutral gear is hard to get when stationary, yet ridiculously they often accidentally chosen when riding. Duh!
    4. The clutch to my experience is hard to operate. I've changed it with hydraulic system. It is as soft as feather.
    5. The looks and the tweeter are mind bogglingly disconnected. I've changed it with Bosch (dual tweeter). Now both looks and tweeter are mean! Hehehehe.
    6. The sound is so muffled, I've removed the muffler and it was epic! Yet I had to change it back. I have a baby at home.
    7. As you could see, there's practically no room for storage under the seat! So I put small top box, so I could put some essential office gears during riding.
    8. To my experience, the seat fabric is so slippery and hard, I often felt uncomfortable if I rode more than 30 minutes. I changed them (both front and back) with a softer fabric, and it is awesome! 2 hours riding, no biggies!
    9. The lights are OK, yet it's bugging me off as if we put high beam, the low beam is being shut off. If I ride in a very dark road, I couldn't see the road in front of me when the high beam is on. Duh!
    10. If you realize it, actually there's gear indicator and engine temperature in the dash. Rather to make it 6 speed, how about to utilize those full option of indicators in the dash? I'm still looking for the way, though...
    However I still love the bike! I ride roughly 100 km a day for my office commute and have no significant issues with it.
    As someone had said, it is a STUPID FUN bike! :)

    To calibrate speedo follow this procedure turn engine run switch off press and hold both buttons turn ignition on display should read CC_ _ _ press bottom button so first character displays 1 press top button to move to next press bottom to read 2 press top to move press bottom to read 3 you should have CC123 press top to enter now you will see F010.3 change it to F011.9 using same method as before now press both buttons together to enter your speedo is now close use your GPS to dial it in better if needed. This worked for me give it a try.

      @@LiveFEEDNow ALL Chinese bikes read about 10% high. There's some law where they'll be fined if the speedometer reads slower than your actual speed, so they're EXTREMELY conservative. The CSC RX3, SSR Buccaneer 250i, and Benelli Leoncino were all off between 8 and 11%. Note that the odometer is often off by less than the amount the speedometer is off.

      @@LiveFEEDNow True. Japanese reliability is known around the world. Many of these less expensive bikes are made in China, and from what i've heard and read, the quality is not anywhere near the 'Japanese four'. I've owned both Grom ABS 5Spd 21 and Benelli 21 135cc and I still have the Benelli so that says it all. I have 110kmh zones where I am and Grom was far too dangerous as it can't hit speed limits!. If you want to go & spend big $$ upgrading then I recommend Grom due to more cc capacity and options available vs Benelli

  • @charlessmith5188

    The speedometer can be reprogrammed. Hold both buttons on the dash and turn the ignition on. Enter code CC123 and then you'll be able tto adjust the Frequency (F0XX.X) of the hall sensor at the reference speed. So if your speedometer is reading 10% fast, multiple the F-number by 1.1 and enter it. Also works on the Benelli Leoncino and Leoncino Trail.

    52 is slow for this type of machine. Hell, my vintage HONDA MB5 (50cc, 2-stroke, 5 speed, 7.1HP) does 52 to 53 wound out max! The small wheel size on the Benelli, Grom, etc. is a limiting factor. Of course, small bikes are a blast to ride. Ask any minibike rider from the 70's, when the Japanese four made some incredible minis, most of them 2-stroke. Look up the Yamaha RD100... a 2-stroke 100cc twin. Too bad they don't make bikes like that anymore, but with more current technology like fuel injection.

    • @LiveFEEDNow
      @LiveFEEDNow  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hey, they should have two sensors. I had this problem on other bikes (won't start unless on the natural). Try to look by the kickstand (behind) if you have a little pin-push sensor. Should look like this one:
      www.aliexpress.com/item/32804080722.html
      Basically when you fold your kick stand your sensor pin will tell the bike it can go into the gear. Second sensor (same principle) would be sitting under you clutch lever. Find them both. Try to clean them using some alcohol. If that won't help you would need to order. Can't tell you if it's going to be the clutch or kickstand but should be one or another.
      Let me know if that helps!

      Hi Nick, right the Grom got ABS option, large selection of parts, Honda reliability and so on... On the other side it's not only price. Benelli will be a hair faster and looks unique (like a little Ducati) when you compare it to Z125 or Grom.

      Hi and thanks for watching. Yes, you can get the passenger on the back but more or less "around the town". You can do a 250 km trip - no prob. This bike makes sense for such long trips only if you do have "slower" freeways. Realistically to keep it efficient you can only go up to 50 MPH. Just keep that in mind. If you need smaller displacement but you do a lot of trips for 250 km get Ninja 400. You will love it. Subscribe to our channel to see our Ninja 400 review coming up soon. We did not do "a new bike review" as usual. This time (for Ninja 400) you will see owner review after !!! 6000 miles with all the ups and downs.

    What about maintenance and support?

    • @LiveFEEDNow
      @LiveFEEDNow  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank god we do all the stuff ourselves and so far 1k miles, ZERO trouble.
      We bought this one and we did try to call the supplier to get some press contacts. Based on what we heard from suppliers (very negative experience) it won't be easy to fix something if you will face a warranty case. If suppliers got a "why you're calling me" attitude and you don't have the office of this company present here it might be a bad sign and they would treat the warranty claims the same way. Benelli is getting bigger and bigger in terms of the line-up. Hopefully, it will change soon.
      This should not stop you from buying one of those. Usually any warranty case more or less the relationship between a particular dealership and manufacture. If you find one where you know the owner and that dealer would have very good communication with the manufacture you can sleep well knowing it will be fixed if something. In our view, ANY motorcycle will do more than 1-year / unlimited miles if you just do all the recommended maintenance.
      Any questions? Let us know!

    • @LiveFEEDNow

      It's not like a small 1-3-5mph difference. You get almost no MPH issues unless you pass 40-45MPH. That's where all the "cheats" come into place. But hey I think the will well use this to say "sorry" :D

    • @jasonengland2357

      Without ABS it wouldn’t matter, the front wheel isn’t measured and the bike wouldn’t know what size tire was on it the front. These bikes speed reads off output shaft/ front sprocket.
