Walkers are so bad for spine and hip development as well as actually delaying independent walking. As an SLP do you have OT and PT colleagues you can have talk to?

Hello Jenna thank you for commenting. We went ahead with the Walker per the recommendation of our pediatrician. we felt it was very helpful to assist our son with walking, as an activity center, to use this for haircuts, and sometimes were feeding. We didn't use it for walking on a limited basis. At around 8 months when are child was crawling pretty much independently we're stop using it. I do still think it is very helpful to use these as an activity center for little ones as soon as they are able to sit upright independently.
