That's definitely Alternator whine. The lack of insulation on just about every piece of the car, and the non insulated sound cables are the cause. Had they installed an inline filter, or ferite cord around the input cables the alternator whine would be gone.
Just for those that are commenting on the co driver saying 'Maybe' a lot... Its not that he's unsure about it, 'Maybe', to them in rally terms means 'A little bit', or 'A bit'.

I love this onboard! Car on snow is a bit unstable, but he controls it as it looks so easy...! The true legend. btw: What is he doing at 2:18?? It seems like he's putting smth into his mouth...
