I remembered the times my paternal Lt. Grandma told us stories about the war before she was diagnosed with dementia and also the stories retold by my Mother by her Lt.Mother. Most Nagas (particularly the Angamis and part of Chakhesang) were forced to work in many ways. My maternal Grandfather and his friend were one of the few educated Nagas back in those days and were said to have written letters for notices and Higher officials. One day the Japanese soldiers told them to leave and they thought when they turn around, they would be shot from behind. But instead they were said to have gifted a souvenir each But the souvenir was said to be lost. Seized and never returned back.
Moko no idea if you’ll see this but , after seeing and hearing the message that you drew out is just amazing even the part when atsa came in to share her grief of her past really move me and I’m sure it moved a lot of our Naga people too ✊🏻
We should always preserve our culture and customs alive.... While we should also develop and grow with the world together.... So that's how is Moko koza doing....
