In today's 4K Canada Travel Guide, we will explore Elora. Elora has been dubbed as Ontario's "most beautiful village". We beg to disagree as we feel that it is one of the most beautiful if not the most beautiful in Canada. Elora is well known for its outdoor adventure facilities, dramatic scenery, historic buildings, shopping and artistic vibes. Elora stands out as a tourism destination for the whole family. During October, the streets of Elora are invaded by monsters! Over 80 plus mysterious ghost lanterns are displayed all over the village. Enjoy as we take you on a virtual tour featuring the stunning village of Elora and try to spot the spooktacular monsters along the way!
This video was shot during Thanksgiving. This is the reason why there were less people than usual and some of the shops were closed.

Back in the 90’s I went down the Elora Gorge in an inter tube. I was scared to death, but I did it!

When the furniture building burned, my family was living across the street in an apartment upstairs. My mother showed us the building on fire from a window. I was 4 years old. My father worked for the local paper as a printer. We only lived there a few months when the paper shutdown and we moved.
