I travelled alone as a woman for 9 months now (still travelling) and I would really recommend Workaway! You get to really experience how locals in the place you are in live. I’ve met so many cool people and stayed in really cool places that I never would have seen. Love your videos!
I'm 21 and have done quite a bit of travelling myself! I just spent 4 months solo-travelling in Central America & Colombia. I would definitely recommend going solo all the way - just stay in hostels! I've always gone solo-travelling and absolutely LOVE it. I'm never alone I meet so many people in hostels. Don't waste your money on these group tour things - you don't get freedom & I don't feel like you actually get to know the country as you're always in this western group. Honestly just book a flight and figure the rest out there! There are loads of gringo trails you can follow - so many people will be on these - it'll honestly feel like you're travelling as a group anyway haha. Happy to chat more if you have questions!!
@@thebirchtree8871 Of course you have to be careful and avoid any dangerous situations! You’ve got to chat to the locals and be street wise. I’ve met hundreds, yes hundreds, of women who solo travel and love it. It’s not just me :)
@@thebirchtree8871 it doesn’t matter if you’re a man or woman - anyone has to be careful in any country. Don’t let 1 bad experience hinder the experience of a life-time. Bad things can happen but that goes for any country!

Hi! If you'd like to come to South America I would definetely recommend as a first trip going to Argentina, visit Buenos Aires, Bariloche, its good mix of sceneary, the food is amazing, and its really really cheap. Also pretty safe, compared to the rest of the countries on this side :D

Brazil (Rio & the rainforest) & Peru in South America have always been on my bucket list. However I don’t think they’re safe for a truly solo trip, BUT it’s so cool that companies have trips where solo ppl come together and go as a group! So maybe I can do that to get to Brazil! Ty for sharing, I never knew those existed
I was in Colombia in 2019 and it was by far the most amazing trip I have ever done! I also went with a travel organization but they are polish and their guides (which usually already live there for some time) are polish as well :( Amazing video as always ❤

Omg you should come to Argentina!! It's beautiful and really cheap and there's so much to do, both in Buenos Aires and in the rest of the country's areas which have the most gorgeous nature. If you ever make it down here I'd be happy to give you some local recommendations :)

I am from South America and i wouldn’t recommend going solo 😮💨🥴 but each to their own. Do your own research and listen to your guts. Listening to some people experience is nice but life goes different to everyone. Just have in mind that some places you won’t be able to behave “care free” and just be aware of your surrounds.

I know it's scary to travel alone, but you can enjoy a nice time in Brazil. I would recommend Balneario Camburiu, Trancoso and Rio, all three are magical places to visit.
You should come to Albania it’s about 3 hours flight away from London and it has a lot of wonderful places to visit!
