I am a new consultant about to close my first party and I was so confused from the pdf file info so I turned to youtube for any kind of help and your video was the most understand video there. You should send it to scentsy had have them put it in the training area. very helpful

They normally purge 90 days with no activity

Can rewards not used be transferred to another party?
No they can not. You must use them before you close the party or you lose them
if they order on my PWS using my party link. I see it shows up as unable to edit in my workstation. If my party isn’t closing for another week, and say their item purchased sells out-they aren’t effected because they have already paid and purchased correct?
Correct. If they use the website, it goes into the system to be shipped... no waiting

Hi! Is there a way to make sure that when customers place orders on someone’s party that their items go to their house instead of the host? My host is worried she’ll have to ship items to some people
Any order placed on a consultants website goes to the address the customer puts 😊
So if the party only qualifies for one half off, you can’t use it on a diffuser? I ask because someone is interested in doing a party to get a diffuser half off, and I’m trying to give her details on what we need to get her party total too.
