There was a difference amount in the debit side the amount was Rs: 19,304 and in the credit side Rs: 18,872 so, total difference is 432/- where this amount goes.
Yah! Now it is cleared madam the difference amount Rs: 432 was cash in hand.

I worked out Total amount is varied in Dr. Side . Anyways I balanced the amount by Transferring in to suspense a/c as per your class notes. Thanks for your ideas.
