The only ruth in the bible is the page numbers. Why should anyone believe the more than 1000 lies in this so called "holy bool". What make the book holy?
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Quoting scripture to assert the necessity of faith is only persuasive if one already accepts the authority of those scriptures, which I don’t. You’re essentially saying, “This book says it’s true, so it must be true,” which is circular reasoning. For someone outside your belief system, this approach carries no weight because it assumes what you’re trying to prove: that God exists and that the Bible is his word. Faith requires belief without evidence, but why should faith be considered a virtue? Faith in the wrong things-be it harmful ideologies or unproven claims-can lead to catastrophic outcomes. Blind faith doesn't solve problems or reveal truths; evidence and critical thinking do. Your reliance on verses like these reflects your personal belief, but that belief isn’t evidence. If you're trying to convince someone who values reason and evidence, simply citing scripture won’t do it. Instead, you’d need to provide tangible, verifiable reasons to support your claims. Otherwise, it’s just an appeal to authority within your worldview, not a compelling argument to someone outside of it.
@@FreethinkerJourney Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. Creation is the evidence that you, apparently, will not accept as viable. You accept, by faith, evolution and that is the faith that is blind!
@@kenscam60 Faith is a blind belief by definition. Its believing without inherent evidence. Also, belief isnt a choice. Also, prove that the universe was indeed a creation and therefor created. Also i highly doubt you know anything about evolution

Exactly. Nobody should believe in it because the book is filled with contradictions and falsehoods.

@@kenscam60 The principals of evolution can and have been demonstrated throughout the world. You can experiment at home and see it in action.
