This is one story from a bunch of people that you've helped including me, when I had my heart operation due to tof. The recovery was so smooth I. I was 9 years old then and its been 21 years and cant be thankful enough to all of you.
Last year in July early August, I had a mini stroke. I am 53 years old and it affected my left side of my body and my speech was all over all over the place. I couldn’t talk properly. I was drooling while I was sleeping I couldn’t figure out what was going on, my son and his girlfriend called an ambulance because I was deteriorating right in front of them and they had no choice but to come in when one which I’m glad they did because they did a whole bunch of bloodwork and x-rays and ultrasound. It was the ultrasound that shows That I have one embolism’s in my heart to in my lungs and one in my brain so I have surgery coming up on the 11th. I’m scared because the doctors gonna be touching the only organ that’s keeping me in line with my heart so I have to put all my trust in with the guy cardiologist and pray to God that everything will be fine and then I won’t be so lethargic and tired and I want to do sleep but I don’t want to do anything today. I am 54 years old now I just had a birthday, and when I was having a stroke, I was having symptoms every single day they were coming on like slowly, and then it was getting worse and worse I didn’t think anything of it, I didn’t know what was wrong with me. I was walking funny I was wobbling it look like I was drunk home. I am scared. I want it across the parking lot at Costco the parking lot from the mall trying to stand up without falling down when I couldn’t do it, I kept falling down And some guy came and pick me up and I made it right to the end of the right and it was red and then I fell down again and this time I landed right on my side my son I had called my son and asked to call for an ambulance because her I couldn’t get up I couldn’t talk about it. I couldn’t do anything with ambulance came and found me and they thought I was on drugs because I was slurring my words. I was doing nothing I said made sense they wanted me to walk and this is not making sure you haven’t taken any medication. Do you drink? It’s a no no no, she took my blood pressure and she said it’s a little high at 1:30. I said well then I’ll just go see my regular doctor and then they can find out I was having a mini stroke. It was scary so hopefully in the next 7 to 8 days when they close at four holes in my heart that it will be successful and I just pray to God that I will be just fine, so that’s my story. I have lots of friends and family that are supporting me. I couldn’t do one without them so that’s my story.
It happens between one and four people that will get a stroke and 39% will Lola keep you alive but when they have one stroke another one will come which is unfortunate but once I get the surgery we’re hoping that the second one will not come, and that we will prevent it quickly, so it does not come so I’m getting in surgery faster than what I thought which is good it was it was terrible I was scared I was terrified I only suffer from depression. I have this job just made it worse. I don’t want to do a sleep. Leave me alone let me sleep I had appointment so I had to get you Had breast cancer appointment and then ultrasounds it off and I had to push my way through it even though I didn’t want you I wanted to live I didn’t want to die I’m not ready to die. I still need to be down here with my work is not done and I have a little talk with God they’re so lol I just pray and hope everything will be fine and whoever is going through the same thing I wish you well everything will be OK
