I like the patient portal it help me to be able to check my medical records anytime I want.
I checked on here for my appointments 2 days ago and didn't have any new ones.but tonight I check and it's there.huh already missed it it was 5 days ago showed up late.crazy sight.
I have watched this mmultiple times but it still in my action list .

Does anyone else have issues with it never being able to find your provider or hospital?

Please note: this can only be done from a web browser on a computer. If you are trying to connect to a medical organization from a mobile device (including using our app) you will not be able to do so.

Talked to tech support. Doesn't perform all functions on mobile device such as deleting action center items but works well otherwise

I have been using my kindle and I can trough portal just fine.
You have to get an invitation from your doctor once you have your invitation and register all you chart is downloaded. The doctors cannot upload directly to your chart since follow my health is a program not an office specific communication. Video walk through are sometimes hard to learn from. I use the app as a patient and as a provider and I am pleased with it. The one downside it does not seem to work properly on Mac products from what my patients have told me.
The option to cancel an appointment is gone from follow my health portal. I keep seeing instructionsform the user guide on how to cancel appointments from follow my health, but its not there. When calling the office, there are 31 callers ahead of me. They need to fix the portal

The "Add COMMENT' is shaded our on my portal and unavailable to use. Only alternative is to call the office and bother them with my question.

Cheryl Jefferson, the Portal is not allowing me to get pass the walk through so how would I be able to communicate with my doctor my understanding is that the Portal was a help link

I signed up for this at my dr.s office months ago. showed my identification and everything and now i have to go thru all this bullshit to see my own info? no, i won't be using this myDH portal. it sucks i hate it.
After six years of trying to understand the system, I still can't get messages from my doctor, or anything else. So, I'm going back to Kaiser.

People you just don't get your stuff you have to sign a release with your doctor and then when your doctor has time and if he uses the program they have to upload your information it does not magically appear there
Wow, In just three minutes I still have no clue how to add a "connection". Because the way described doesn't work even thought my dr recommends that we use this program and app.
It's stupid . . . have been trying to "connect" grandma's acct without success.
I do remember that when I created/connected my account, it took them (FollowMyHealth) 3-7 days to syn and populate.
Found out after creating my acct, and giving up after a considerable time, and returned 7 days later.
Moral of Story: Return in 7 days and see if it works . . . :P
Now what? I've done all I can and still it won't let me add to my profile?

I think "my chart" is easier, I can't even complete the steps to sign up.

The app works on my laptop, but not on my tablet!!! I have watched the STUPID walk-through 9 times now and I now have several notices that I haven't finished my first time walk through! I can't get to the home page to my records where I can add and change things. This app sucks. If it worked on my tablet it would be great.
In the program under conditions heading, you can't add some things and the same problem on the medications section with types and dosages. PLEASE FIX THIS APP SO IT WORKS LIKE IT SHOULD!!!

They don't tell you you need an "invitation" sent to your email then you can 'connect'. stupid system. stupid site.

This video discriminates against deaf and hard of hearing people because there are no closed captions. How are we suppose to understand what is being said when there are no captions or alternately a written transcript. The captions generated by google/youtube, aka "Craptions", make the video hard to understand. Please fix this discrimination.
If you took as long to use your eyes as you did to assume the ppl that made this video are intentionally discriminating against you then you'd have seen the little CC button at the bottom right of the window and understood that stands for closed caption. It literally took me 3 seconds to figure out how to get subtitles. Jeesh Johnson relax, not everyone is out to get you. Probably a millennial.

complicated. watched video but it won't give me credit for having watched it...
Really REALLY getting tired of the TWO notices telling me I've not completed this walk through. First off, that should be optional. We do not all need to be led through something this simple. Second, I DID run this thing to get rid of the damned message and BOTH messages are STILL THERE.

really bad program, not usable, incorrect data that is wrong but i know my dr input correct info. i cant edit anything, UI is bad and it works different on my laptop compared to tablet and different than smartphone. no idea what it is helpful for except to increase patient cost by taking drs money to load FMH bank account. And, if program is this bad and unusable, i fear how unsecure my data really is??
and, i did secure programming in my carreer ... i would never have let my users or my superiors see any software in this condition, its worse than a bad game ...
i do not think it is even fixable. start over with a different team who actually knows how to view and code a logical set of functions.
best you can do now is say ..."GOODBYE!!!!!"

I HATE this supposedly 'easy to use portal'. It sucks. It's hard to use. NOTHING is showing up for my records. You want to charge me to verify my own cell number???? I hate it. I will be calling my dr.'s office from now on. the other window was perfectly easy to use and I could always get my things done with it. I HATE THIS. myDH portal is useless.
I've watched this stupid video enough now,and still have 2 messages saying I haven't finished the walk thru.and don't have none of the information that I want to look at about some of my conditions.I thought this was supposed to let us see things that we need to see .don't show anything ,I'm tired of fooling with it.
