Wow, this place looks amazing. Thanks for the comprehensive review. You're such a nice guy and that really comes across in your videos and makes them so great to watch. Always love a good colab too 😁
The exterior 1:07 and the interior 1:17 both looked great , the premises , the gym ,pool and all everything looked great , especially your room😎Thank you for sharing this Jay🙂👍!!!
Great overview! I’m headed there for a conference in October. There is so much to offer and live there is even shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Seems like you don’t even need to leave the resort. Lol.
Wow, I've been to GVR twice, we just went to gamble and didn't bother to walk around. I had no idea that they had all this going on. Next time we'll adventure out. Thanks for showing the surrounding area.
Awesome review, though we are still working our way up to Presidential Suite status! We love GVR & The District. It looks like you picked the right time of the year to come, weather-wise. Since most of us interchangeably use Las Vegas & "Henderson" often, I just wanted to point out that GVR is located in the wonderful city of Henderson! Just right next door to Vegas & still part of the of the Las Vegas Valley. As an official resident of the City of Henderson, I figured I'd put that out there. Waiting on your next reviews here, maybe Durango Casino or the Fontainebleau :)
We’ve been so interested in this property. We love Trump hotel in Vegas, but were there so much that we thought to try a different area for a few nights of our next month long Vegas trip 😊also, fyi- we booked surfjack bc we loved your videos of it and we had realized we stayed there a long time ago when it was the old, prior hotel so it was cool to stay in that location again all these years later. But they are now charging 10$ a night for parking. Doesn’t matter to us bc we have a lot if fam and friends there to drive us around so we don’t rent a car, but maybe an update on your surfjack videos lol 😊love your channel, thanks again for all of your videos! Our fam enjoy them a lot bc we’re fr nor cal and are in Oahu and Vegas a ton so we gather a lot of info fr your videos 😊
Jay, it’s Adnan. I’m the guy who ran into you near the Bellagio Conservatory 15 minutes ago. It’s a shame you won’t be in town for the Aviators games this week. But my belived A’s will be here in Vegas in a few years. Instead of watching the A’s play in a decrepit Oakland Coliseum like I have been doing for the past four decades, I will soon be able to see my Athletics play in a brand new ballpark on the Strip.
Great thorough video!! Ill definitely visit based on your review. One thing I was waiting to see was how to close off the bedroom. Is it completely open to the Livingroom, or are there some type of electronic doors for privacy?
That resort is awesome! Who needs the crowds of the strip when you can just chill in the resort. Slots work the same in every casino. GVR is supposed to be a very nice neighborhood
Do you remember the reality show that took place at Green Valley Ranch in the early 2000’s it followed the daily life of casino employees and managers at GVR it ended when one of the young casino mangers was killed. It was called American Casino
Hey Jay, I saw your Boracay video. That island 🏝 is awesome. I'll be visiting it for sure when I get back to the Philippines, and I'll be staying at that resort. Anyway, I've been to GVR many times and the hotel is nice but I haven't stayed there yet. I will someday though when I'm visiting the state's in the future. That room you stayed in was nice concerning the balcony and the view I could sit out there all day long, but aside from that the room is just lacking that italian Tuscan feel and it's just sparsely furnished it's just missing that rich cozy warm feeling that's just my two cents on it. I've got a travel tip for you, you need to visit Santa Catarina Brazil 🇧🇷 I was down there six years ago and it was great 👍 I visited Jurere International, and the beach was beautiful. I also went to many other areas of the island it's called Florianopolis 🏝 but were you need to go in the state is the city of Balneário Camboriú it's another big town on the coast with a massive beach ⛱️ and you also need to visit Blumenau which has the largest Ocktoberfest outside Germany 🇩🇪 Next you would need to check out Joinville and Pomorode which is a German city in Santa Catarina, let me know if you need some more information on Brazil and I'll help you out, we'll catch you on the next video
I think Green Valley Ranch, Red Rock, and now Durango are beautiful hotels and I wouldn’t mind staying there, but I don’t think I could stay that far away from the Strip and then have to spend a lot of money Ubering back and forth. Maybe one day I will split my trip up and spend the last couple of days there so I can recover from the Strip 🤣

It was cool to see a little glimpse of outside the Vegas Strip. Not enough content creators focus on "off the strip" stuff. Great job Jaycation!
The exterior 1:07 and the interior 1:17 both looked great , the premises , the gym ,pool and all everything looked great , especially your room😎Thank you for sharing this Jay🙂👍!!!
This is an amazing room.
Great to see y'all get together but Alexander stole the show.
The more TH-cam videos I see about GVR the more I want to go and stay there. Thank you for this awesome in depth vlog!😊
More Jaycation workout and spas 💪🏋♀🏊💆♂😃
That suite is insane! Always good to see Jon and his family as well as mommy G
Amazing video on GVR. Great work on touring the resort and the district. Thanks
Norma and Jay is the cutest couple that’s not a couple but should be a couple on TH-cam
Green Valley Ranch looks like an amazing place to stay! Definitely adding it to my must-visit list.
Love Jay and Norma!!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤. always correct!!
Now, this review of GVR is awesome and very detailed. I watched another review 2 weeks ago, and that guy can learn a lot from you 😂😂😂
Thanks Jay Jay

Beautiful property Jaycation and that Presidential suite! 😮 Looking sharp at the Tailgate. Thanks for showing us around! 😎🌴⛲👀
I enjoyed this video alot along with red rock casino. Keep up the good work. Alita from Fayetteville nc

Loved this video- now I’m considering staying here soon. 👍
Great job as always Jay! We're going!
GVR is gorgeous! It's too bad that they got rid of their poker room.

J J and Norma G…. Bringing it.
GVR used to be my fav casino and buffet. It's still beautiful but we need that buffet back. Great review Jay!
I'll be staying there in April
Awsome vid tho plenty of places to go including Vegas 🎉🎉
GVR was the location for a tv reality show called American Casino. Only two seasons but I thought it was pretty interesting.
@jaycation Did you do the castmember wave in the mirror 😆
That resort is awesome! Who needs the crowds of the strip when you can just chill in the resort. Slots work the same in every casino. GVR is supposed to be a very nice neighborhood
I got married there about 18 years ago. Awesome resort off the strip. Got married walking over the bridge of the pool

Think outside the box! Get away from the strip, and stay at places like that. I’ve done it for 15 years.
Sono stato e bello me sono stata trattata bene tornerò ❤❤❤
