Johnny Rebel songs are are hilarious. At least we can all laugh, and you are absolutely right about don't destroy history. Those records are worth big $, especially in near mint condition like that..
Not as rare as one might think. Sure, the original vinyl might be hard to find, but songs of this nature have been compiled onto a C.D. called "For Segregationists Only". It contains this song, plenty of other Johnny Rebel songs, and a few more singles released by the Red Rebel label. It can also be found in a lot of truck stops in the south.
@@nankypooh655 well yeah I know about the CDs, I have Johnny Rebel on my channel. But I am talking about the records. I collect them, and they’d be of much value to me.
@@Elavator66 Even if they did, good luck trying to find one. What I would recommend to anyone who has lots of money is to buy a record lathe and re-record all his songs and press off copies to sell as re-issues.
You are a good man, civil right songs and songs from these albums both need to be preserved for the sake of history, I'm glad you find it comedic as I believe that is what is was supposed to be, good luck brother :)
Imagine this guy's neighbors confused as hell wondering why they hear this music coming from his house lol this reminds me of david allen coe... and now he has a black drummer lol
Clifford Trahan was always making songs meant to invoke laughter. Check out his tracks "Tag Along" and "Save Your Lovin For Sis" under the name Tommy Todd, and "The Garden Song" under Filthy McNasty. That last one is really funny. Also on the Reb Rebel label, there's a song about Jim Garrison and the JFK assassination called "Keep A Workin Big Jim". That one's a bopper.
I don't think anyone should be offended by music,, I can understand immature thinking,,,,,, and this man has a awesome attitude about it at least that's the way it appears
He is surprised by the one song or just the few. Has he heard all the trash rap that’s out today ? All the explicit language, about murder, sex, extortion, prostitution, and everything you can think of ? And everyone is listening to this garbage rap?
6:43 "I don't want to ban nothing man! This is history! This is history!" you're a very clever man! "Cancel culture" is so stupid! How are you suppose to learn from the mistakes of the past, if you cancel it and avoid to study it?
What year is the KKK record Have you ever heard of Silas Leachman his songs are from the turn to the century until about 1920 they are interesting I enjoyed your video
We can all sit around and laugh at the obvious racism of Johnny Rebel. But do we really listen to songs performed by people who black and have similar sentiments. The first time I ever heard " Just my Baby's Daddy", I was sure it had to be put out by Klan Records. It is not alone.
Check out his music under PeeWee Trahan. That record is rare af as well not a lot made, the only way to have really gotten one would be to have bought it from Clifford Trahan when he was alive. And most of what he is saying is true in a lot of cases teehee 🍆💦
Shit this is so weird. God made us all different for a reason, so we can learn about eachother. Folks need to just laugh more and learn. Ask anyone who was in the service after the 60s.
I'm white and a Johnny Reb fan and this was a funny video
And a kkk lover ?
