Our most successful Qb draft pick has been Shaun King. Has terrible stats, but got Tampa to the NFC championship game in 1999(Chris simms got to nfc wildcard and lost) . Drafted Josh freeman, lasted 4 years, drafted Winston ,lasted 5 years. So veteran QBs have been the recipe and I'm pretty sure Jeff Garcia has been the most consistent tampa Qb in the last 20 years.
