Taiko is primarily a reading gamemode, the only gamemode more reading intensive is CTB, so having something like taikomania makes the game trivial to play (for quite a while, around a year or so, I was unable to beat the scores I set in my first week since I used a taikomania skin at the beginning.)

When i tried to play osu lazer the skin felt so off it wasn´t really comfortable to play on.
Idea: For people who like that new lazer look it can be stayed in as optional, to the other players like me just have the exact same skin layout as in osu standard.
I hope you can understand what i meant with this request if you have any questions just say so.
