I still struggle to this day with suicidal thoughts/actions, and addiction. Even today was a battle. But just reach out. Find something to make yourself feel important to YOURSELF. Love you for what you’ve created you to be, n don’t use ANYTHING as a band aid, because that will turn even things you love dearly into the one of the most toxic things in your life. Do stuff cuz it makes you happy, not just because you’re running as far away as you can. Stay safe n check on your loved ones

what sucks about skating is when your a kid you do it for fun then you see homies or whoever getting sponsored and your still stuck at the same level youve been at for years. then you try and go ham then you realize you aint going anywhere in skating then you gotta think about all the time wasted tryna make it THEN gotta deal with real life shit at an older age with no experience at shit except skating. That shit sucks ass. you get down on yourself and then some people cant cope with it then its just a downward spiral.

Shit I got first comment on dis shit. That's a first. But big props to actually acknowledge issues going on in society. Skaters and skateboarding in general is kinda a raw hardcore kinda art form to begin with. Pretty tough for ppl to open up on that type of enviroment.. but side note glad to see kelly wit his cocaine vodka slurry today. Many would say its milk but I'm woke. So u ain't fooling my mr hart
