    I have a mask that has red blue and yellow lights that you can use individually. But I stopped using the mask altogether because of some news I heard but now I am planning to start using The mask again. My question is what is the Yellow Light good for??

    • @TimeClinicOfficial
      @TimeClinicOfficial  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi @robertnovoa341 thanks for question! Yellow light in LED masks has been associated with skin cell rejuvenation, anti-inflammatory benefits, improved lymphatic flow, and anti-ageing properties. However, it's essential to exercise caution when using LED masks and seek advice from a qualified skin care specialist or dermatologist before incorporating them into your routine.

      Hello @maryam_AnythingBlog, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing discomfort with your device. We would highly recommend coming back to the device manufacturer or specialist that you bought a mask from regarding side effects and if it's still safe to use it for you.

    Hello, I saw that some of the masks have only led lights and others have also infrared lights. Is there a big difference? Do the ones with only colored led lights not work as good?

      Infrared penetrate further 😊

    Which color light helps with moods or mental health?

    • @TimeClinicOfficial
      @TimeClinicOfficial  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hello Sandy Lion, Thank you for your question! Studies showed that Near-Infrared 830nm and Red 633nm lights could increase serotonin (happiness hormone), which production promotes relaxation and reduces stress.

      I noticed that when I was using the red light in my mask - that at night in my sleep I would have the most amazing dreams_ so I wonder if that has anything to do with the red lights in the at home device therapy mask?

    If the LED mark has 1072 infrared light , is it safe?

    • @TimeClinicOfficial
      @TimeClinicOfficial  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey @maor9349 thanks for the question! It's hard to say without knowing the LED mask's brand, but here are some tips on how to safely use infrared light in a mask.
      Ensure that the LED mask you are using has been designed and manufactured according to safety standards and guidelines.
      Use an LED mask according to instructions. Overuse or improper use may lead to adverse effects.
      Avoid prolonged exposure to infrared light. Short, controlled sessions are generally recommended for LED mask treatments.
      Do not let the infrared light directly enter your eyes. Some LED masks may include eye protection, but it's best to keep your eyes closed during the treatment.
      Pay attention to how your skin responds to the treatment. If you experience any unusual or adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
      Hope it helps!

      Hello @siyarcha8438, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, LED masks and lasers are two different technologies with their own benefits.

    Do you apply a serum before use or on a clean face ?

    • @TimeClinicOfficial
      @TimeClinicOfficial  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Ali, for best practice, you need to use serums first and then an LED mask.

    I don't understand the pricing. The mask shown here is advertised for 1600USD, yet it looks the same as the cheap options on amazon or ebay sselling from china, probably from the same factories that made these... Even if it works, it is a ripoff.

    • @TimeClinicOfficial
      @TimeClinicOfficial  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hello, @miam1074, thanks for your comment. The LED mask that you see in the video is for professional usage only. We do understand that there is a massive list of various LED masks on the market; however, not all of them are designed and manufactured according to safety standards and guidelines, which can significantly damage your skin. We would recommend looking for a LED mask that is approved by medical professionals and has extensive medical studies to prove their effectiveness and safety. If you are interested in Dessee LED masks, our clinic offers a home version which cost £299.00.
