Unfortunately I was glitched for me however I do know where they are
DATA UPLOAD QUEST:
The West hard drive should be in redgrove Airfield in the residential building,
Tower is between TKR Industrial and Redgrove Airfield
The South hard drive is in the motel southeast of Parkwood next to the building with the Seamine
The tower is west of Parkwood
The North hard drive is western side of Everit bridge in the police station
The tower is near Vernom Farm
The East hard drive is in Locke Dynamics in the big factory building in a break room should be on a table
The tower is east of Wolkin

It is a repeating quest, you must find a hard drive then put it in the designated tower.
I found the 1st one in the Redgrove Airfield for the west tower and the second one in a unnamed ranger location near Parkwood for the other tower, although the locations for the hard drive change in each repeat of the quest.
Most probable locations are rooms with computers or laptops in it .
After that its rinse and repeat.
Ehy man, could this list be outdated? I have a quest called hunting season... what about that?
You go around finding the quest animals and kill them, they spawn all around the map in nature

You find them around the map in kitchens
easiest way to do this is get a planter some fertilizer and pray you find 1 strawberry to make a seed
