Commercial Breaks-WWJ-TV4 Detroit-May 20, 1977 (READ DESCRIPTION)

From an airing of a 90-minute episode of "Dinah!".
COMMENT: In May 2016, I downloaded a few of the commercial break compilations that were on the Fun and Games Channel. This was one of them. The guy behind that channel was the late David Downs, who I never got to meet or interact with much during his lifetime but who, as I understand it, was a true professional of the Internet. The channel where this and similar commercial compilations were originally on-that of Mr. Downs-got terminated at least three years after his untimely death. This is one of the two 1977 Detroit TV commercial compilations I will be re-uploading in his honor. Not quite. _This_ WWJ-TV became WDIV-TV after the Detroit News traded the NBC affiliate to the Washington Post in exchange for CBS station WTOP-TV in Washington, D.C. (the News renamed it to WDVM; it is now WUSA). The current WWJ-TV, which was NOT even affiliated with CBS until 1994, was, in 1977, the groundbreaking Black-owned station WGPR.
