You make a mess to prevent a mess!

2:48 I use salted butter too. The key is just to know what your salted butter tastes like. Then you can adjust the salt if you need to (but honestly, most cookie recipes could use a little more salt anyway).

Dry and wet measuring cups are SUPER different. I think 3 cups of chips in a liquid measuring cup is WAY more than actually 3 cups
...while that is technically true, I've never had an issue swapping the two in recipes (measuring liquid with dry measuring cups and vice versa) 🤷🏼♀️
