It’s called draping tape! You can find at any craft store, fabric store, or store that also sells crafts/sewing supplies (like Walmart if you’re American). Or Amazon, lol.
There's a place that makes them called Beatrice Forms but they're pricey.... Some people make their own by putting on a long, cheap t-shirt, mummifying their torso in duct tape, cutting the whole thing off and stuffing the duct tape torso/shell

My intermediate sewer brain malfunctioned when she cut the fabric then proceeded to rip the rest of it- I could never cut fabric with that much confidence😭😭

Any stores that sell bulk rolls of materials Hobby Lobby, Michaels’s & there R couple of others. Staff in those stores are usually helpful
