Iam from South India(Karnataka). I have read and know most of the history of northeast India and also whole India. I know your great Assamese and Ahom culture. I know all Assamese kingdoms like Kamapura kingdom, Kamata kingdom,Chutia,Kacharia and Bhuyan kingdom.Most famous and longest kingdom is Ahom kingdom which defeated Mughals 17 times.Ahom people(Tai-Ahom) represent 10% of assam migrated from Thailand and other parts of southeast asia.We are proud that Ahom people migrated with 9000 followers ruled assam but they integrated with Indian culture adopted customs and culture of india(Hinduism and Buddhism).They never forced,persecuted and destroyed temples instead they adopted and integrated with our culture.Unlike mughals who camed from outside which ruled us destroyed our civilisation,culture,temples and raped,persecuted killed millions of hindus and forced people their desert culture islam and converted people to muslims.

@@kk-ej5jx Assamese don't go to your place and outnumbered a population and dominate anyone e.g Tripura. Bangladeshi have already been accommodated in Assam till 1971 whereas it is 1947 for rest of India, why to accommodate more when it is a threat to the cultural heritage. Assam don't want to be second Tripura. There is a history when Assamese language and culture was nearly wiped out due to oppresion by the Bengalis.
@@aakanshyasarma5100 Yes I think hindus of Bangladesh as now what is happening are featuring well in Bangladesh the immigration of Bangladeshi has decreased a lot and this is accepted by the government also infact there are reports of reverse migration to Bangladesh of bengali muslims mostly as the Bangladesh economy is booming now so yes it will stop automatically..those who are settled long back can't go as they have property and stuff here....but care should be taken for bengali who were in Assam since long as Assam was a part of Bengal presidency earlier just like Jharkhand there are many bengali in Jharkhand also
@@kk-ej5jx Bengalis those who were living in Assam from a long time even were against of the act for your kind information. They now a days claim themselves to be bengali speaking Assamese. Assamese people are so tolerant and inclusive. Regarding the the GDP of Bangladesh, I don't care. What I care is only Assam and India. There is no recorded reverse migration, you will only understand when you come and stay here. Every indigenous ppl have right to their own land. We refused to be like Tripura. I think the Bengali resident in Assam should respect it's language and culture. I have never seen or heard any Bengali speaking otherwise however few are there who do speak and they are the migrants from Bangladesh. So, stop looking into Assam from ur Bengali centric glasses. Even, the Bengali of Assam (except who are really recent immigrants from Bangladesh) don't judge or look through the lens you have just portrayed through ur comment.
