- Himanta Biswa Sarma in Aap Ki Adalat: आज आप की अदालत के कटघरे में Rajat Sharma के सवालों के जवाब देते नजर आएंगे Assam के सीएम Himanta Biswa Sarma. हिमंता बिस्वा सरमा 22 साल कांग्रेस में रहे. 8 साल से बीजेपी में हैं. दो साल से मुख्यमंत्री हैं और पूर्वोत्तर भारत के राज्यों में बड़े चेहरे के रूप में उभर का सामने आए हैं. असम की सियासत के कद्दावर हिमंत की गिनती उन चंद नेताओं में होती है, जिनकी दाद विरोधी भी देते हैं. कांग्रेस की गठबंधन सहयोगी रही UDF के बदरुद्दीन अजमल ने कहा था कि, उस आदमी में कोई तो खास बात है. वो (हिमंत) दोस्तों का दोस्त है और दुश्मनों का दुश्मन है. हिमंता असम की सियासत का एक ऐसा चेहरा है, जो कभी अपने बेबाक बोल से तो कभी विवादों को हवा देने वाले बयानों से खबरों में बने रहते हैं. रोहिंग्या मुसलमानों और CAA-NRC को लेकर हिमंता ने एक वक्त में खूब सुर्खियां बटोरी थी. हिमंता का करियर सियासत के 'डार्क होर्स' की 'गाथा' है. पहली बार 2001 में जालुकबरी से विधानसभा चुनाव लड़े और फुकन को 10 हजार मतों के अंतर से परास्त कर दिया. 2001 से लेकर 2011 तक Tarun Gogoi की नेतृत्व वाली सरकार में कैबिनेट मंत्री रहे. साल 2014 में तरूण गोगोई से सियासी मतभेद के बाद तत्कालीन BJP अध्यक्ष Amit Shah के नेतृत्व में बीजेपी का दामन थाम लिया. साल 2016 में असम में कमल खिलाने के बाद उन्हे मुख्यमंत्री पद से नवाजा गया.
