Just wanted to say thank you soooooo much for your “ white washing “ trick for OSL’s. I had a green knight mini that I was really struggling with and now he’s beautiful…. Thanks again 🖤🖤🖤
I am gonna say this video got me ,I can feel the sincerity, it nice to see a miniature painter by honest about there grown , this alone has made me consider joining you patreon, the way your growth slowed is where I am at thank you for your honesty
I really appreciate your learning journey, and the insights you've gained. Perhaps my favorite was the emphasis on slowing down in order to use various techniques effectively. Good stuff!
Good tips. I have books on miniature painting since the 90's. I've learnt more in the last years thanks, as you say looking how good painters work. Thanks for your tips and keep working good.
Without watching the rest of the video, because I'll forget, if you water your paint so much it goes like 1:32, add a dot of dish soap somewhere, dip your brush into the dot, then mix it a bit with paints. it will break surface tension for really cheap. Test and trial it first, because too much stops it sticking properly to the model! Also, good video, with great advice!
It's crazy how much the internet has advanced mini painting. Your improvement is impressive, keep up the good work!
yeah, it's a great resource, especially compared to back in the day where all you had to go off of was the games workshop 3 step tutorials, lmao
