The smoke and the eyes!!! 🤭 🤭. It can make you ran outside and look for fresh air. I can't cook such a big ugali with one hand I normaly hold the cooking stick with two hands 🤣. And when the ugali is ready it has a very nice aroma ..
Ugali is called kawunga in Luganda..Central Uganda. We are shifting from matooke to Uganda by force because Ugali cheaper. But we wrap it in banana leaves and cook it again after mingling it. That makes more aromatic and yummy. Weldone mama bear😋😋😍😍
