I love that style of shoe. I'm gettin' pretty stiff as I age and these types of shoes are wonderful.
I do wish they had a 'pull loop' on the tongue of the shoe as well.

I just purchased these slip on shoes and I find them to be a bit stiff in putting them on and off. I hope that they conform to my feet the more I wear them.

Mine were a little more flexible. They weren't quite "step in" shoes, but they did slip on and off pretty easily. If you bought them from Amazon you can usually return them pretty easily if you don't like them.
