Honestly given the fact that they were restricted to not reusing ID’s from the other 3 envy peccatula fights it’s a fine team. TT Hong Lu is maybe the only one I could see as being better but having KC Hong Lu wall out teams that don’t focus him down is fine.
Molar outis and discard in general is tricky as… let’s be real here… discard is mostly only as powerful as it is because we can use defence skills to block the discard. Seven outis is fast and she has high clashing ego which is a BITCH if she targets someone who can’t deal with her AOE
The enemy K Hong Lu was constantly trying to use dimension shredder in my run lol.
Kong lu woulda been so much more threatening if the envy peccatulum didnt burn all their gluttony in 2 turns
its not about the strength of the ids but rather about community reception and release time(S1-S2). the only ones who didnt get the "OMG DELUXE OP COLLECT 20 CHARGE DEAL LIMBILLION DAMAGE" are 7outis, zwei greg and r corp meursault(varying reasons, greg and outis do not have "busted" ids, bl meursault released in S3). i prefer to call this station "METASLAVE CHAMBER™"

The thing with Zwei Greg is that when he loses clashes, he gains shield. So what happens when you fight him in the railway? Yep. You better bring in a slash id because his shield is not gonna go down that easily.

I think they restricted themselves to not using 00s and not using event ids for that team. So their choices aren't that bad if that was the case.

That was for the blade lineage dedicated team. Of COURSE they used the BLADE LINEAGE/kurokumo event ids for it.
I mean the fun thing about this, and I appreciate it, is that... They're kinda right. They objectively marked the strongest (single) IDs for each character, in a vacuum. There's an argument to be made for Ring Outis, and I'd personally have put Pirate Greg before Zwei and maybe swapped Don to T Corp to avoid doubling up on a faction (speaking of which can you IMAGINE if they previewed Dieci Meursault by putting his Peccatula in the game a week early?)... But the truth is they made a rock-solid analysis! (Of course Grippy and Be Grippy are already spoken for so they don't get to show up here).
The thing with Zwei is…well. Zwei Greg is practically immortal with how insane his shield generation is.

The choice of the enemies in RR are always because it relates to theming of the stages rather than how hard it's supposed to be.
As you can tell, PM really did take their time making this team… totally!

15:32 Oh, that's just what Josephine does. She inflicts such OBSCENE Sinking numbers that your only recourse is to NEVER LET HER HIT YOU EVER. Sinking team is IDEAL in Canto 6 for a reason, and that reason is "She can't win a clash at -45 Sanity unless Director Kim Ji-hoon himself intervenes."

After The claiming is avoided (Pursuance Rodion as my highest clashing) , he staggers and repeats 1 > 2 > 3 process; didn't knew about counter / healing either... the more you know

Those are my main "gripes" about RR4; honest expected those would wipe the floor with my simple N.corp (Feat Yisang instead of Meursault), but watching you struggle where those psychos shine (And viceversa, damn regular encounters) is encouraging

i think its supposed to be tank ids wave but the ones without tanky 000 just go for random dps id. all the dps ids were dodging walpurg and ids used in section 2 though.
Looking at RR fights, we can technically see some rules they made to envy peccatula fights.
First one is that ids can't repeat, so they couldn't place Mentorsault in the place Rhinosault
Second one is that they couldn't use event ids. Blade Lineage is whatsoever an exception, since they needed a full faction(although they could use Liu or W. Corp)
As for some ids that weren't included for some reason.
Peqcliff - idk. Maybe it would be way too hard if they placed him over Rabbit cliff? Yknow he's tanky and could easily get 9 offense level, not to mention binds.
Reindeer Ishmael - Probably the same reason as peqcliff. Would be annoying to deal with
Pregor - maybe to balance out between tanky and fragile ids????
Full W corp instead of kurokumo fight would been fun

It’s worth noting that the Section 3 deck a) couldn’t repeat any of the other choices, which disqualifies Blade Lineage, N Corp, and Wuthering IDs, and b) appears have to be selected on basis of whether they function decently on their own, since the deck isn’t controlled by a player and isn’t based around specific keywords. Considering those restrictions I think they managed to do okay, honestly?
Plus they couldn't use walpurgisnacht IDs, so Dawnclair and Regret Faust are out. Although they used Walpurgisnacht ego
