  • The main two types of Estates in Land are freehold estates, and less than freehold estates (leasehold). In this video, we will cover freehold estates.
A freehold estate is an estate in which you have exclusive rights to enjoy the possession of a property for an undefined length of time.
The three types of freehold estates to know are:
    1. Fee simple absolute
    2. Fee simple defeasible
    3. Life estate

I understand the terms and definitions of Real estate which is a commercial term, and only deals with commercial activities,
But here's where i have a problem with educated people who only know one subject, see we the people are sovereign, not as in Sovereign citizens the terrorist group, but the actual power of the people,
We the people created government, so the power goes God, then Man, or we the people, then our creation of services government...
Are we all on the same page still? Now the bill of rights are superior to everything but God, they are God given rights equal to everyone, government doesn't give you Richard 🤷 lets keep that very clear,
But, the Bill of Rights are the boundaries and cap on government limitations against such rights, not limitations of the people, people do what they want that doesn't violate anothers RIGHTS, not state statutes 🤷🤷
Yes states laws apply but there are ways to handle inferior administrative courts, which is the exercise of rights, basically asking the state who do you think you're talking to, im the boss, you've established zero required facts to any crime, and a crime in law is a damaged party of rights or property,
So, I hear you say that the state tells the sovereign people who created the state and all political and municipal agencies for service, tell the people their PRIVATE PROPERTY can be taxed 🤷🤷🤷
Under what authority? Because the 10th amendment puts a cap on CONGRESSIONAL powers, meaning it can't create powers it doesn't have 🤷 so how does the 16th amendment magically have far superior power to tell the creators what to do???
Stop, please don't start making excuses about state taxes pay for roads, and schools and we the people, umm no they do not 🤷 because politicians say anything and everything doesn't make it fact, hence Trump and Biden, take your pick they're both dump trucks 🤷 yeah i don't care about feelings,
But, my point is everyone including government are totally stupid because everyone keeps saying paying taxes is the law 🤦🤦🤦 its the IRS code, and the code is strictly commerce, or commercial guidelines for PUBLIC INTEREST not private🤷🤷
Resident, real property, lease, business, rentals, stores, or like the code or LAW lol says PROFITS AND GAINS which is INCOME 🤷🤷🤷
Still here? Everyone still on the same page? I know this is long, but its very important, so, if the 16th amendment only has commercial codes and not one single private code, definition, no private property anything, oh personal property is commercial products you buy, duh its taxed at purchase, but intangible property what is that ???
Positive law is what? Its law, none positive law is VOLUNTARY, meaning it needs consent and if you don't verbally written or prove to don't consent they automatically take your silence as agreement to consent, and then you go through all the wacky administrative BS because you don't know anything about Rights, who you are vs the state you created to serve you...
The 5th amendment is not just Dave Chappelle and the fif... Theres Eminem Domain requirements for the who? State, and in that Takings Clause it says the government cannot take PRIVATE PROPERTY, without basically paying for it to own, and it says the state can ONLY own PUBLIC PROPERTY for public use...
Now, why didn't it say private property and real estate property 🤷 because the state has all authority over commercial activities because congress, all ready, its saying if the government goes to the PRIVATE sector it must purchase it for the public use purpose only, like a highway ect.
Its not that the state overrides your ownership right, its a clear compromise to better our rights as a whole... But everything else is a Takings...
The 14th and 5th 14th being for The state, says NO PROPERTY can be taken without DUE PROCESS which means a court process with a nuetral article 3 judge and a jury or we the people... No, everything else is not the intended jurisdiction without your consent or lact there of,
Bench trials, administrative municipalities hearings are article 1 magistrates or the executive branch not the judiciary and it exists because you can volunteer or exercise rights 🤷
So, private property as a matter of right is superior to a mail out tax bill from the treasurer we the people created, to CLAIM a ownership interest they don't have, because again its not public, and they don't own it 🤷 but the taxes pay for your creations in government NO THEY DONT because how did goverments survive until 1930s 🤷🤷🤷 why would gold and silver not be relevant in your argument if in fact taxes went to the national debt for war,
Taxation never was or is a creation superior to private rights, i so beg everyone to prove me wrong with the law even your precious IRS tax codes and state statutes and show me please what defeats article 6 clause 2 🤷 federal rights are 💩
Ownership is a Oxymoron if you pay for it, what ever you want to call it, taxes, gifts, donation, because everyone does 🤷 doesn't define ownership, fee simple or freehold 🤷
Just saying, hopefully the 3 people will have a good think after reading this and input your voice, but unfortunately I don't want to be mean at all, i just don't think saying the state can tax private property is correct, and I believe theres a vested financial interest in the complexity and terms of taxation where the majority and confused just pay just like the plan...
