I'm not vegetarian. I'm Chinese but I am not into eating exotic meats other than fish, duck, chicken, pork, beef, lamb or rabbit. I've only eaten rabit around five times in my life and I feel sad whenever I get too see and play with the animals when they are alive before the are slaughtered. As long as the animals are not illegally captured or tortured for fun (intentional animal abuse) I do not see anything wrong with slaughtering them for meat. Most exotic meats around the world are farmed and there are diverse cultures around the world. I find it very disrespectful when people be like: 'eww, look at what they are eating'. It just shows how biased and uncultured they are because they also eat animals such as chicken or beef.

These rodents are only found in rice/vegetable fields and never farmed. If we're being honest with ourselves, they're probably safer to eat than our chickens here in the US
