Hi!! Ex-dance mentor here for many different roblox ents! Here are some extra tips 1. Be super active (not just attending training sessions, being active in chat is great too!) 2. Find something unique about you and really exaggerate it, it will help you stand out 3. Practice and if you sign up for something (aka back-up dancer or trainee showcase) really stick to it and show that you really want to do it 4. Practice in public servers (or your company’s private server) sometimes you will get awareness if a mentor joins !! Which is awesome 5. Balance your life, if you know you can’t do something do not sign up for it, that’s the worst thing to do (it looks bad not showing up !!) Best of luck for those auditioning or training to debut!

You can simply go on to browser/chrome/google/ any searching web/app and search 'My timezone' and yours would probably appear! To convert , search '(timezone you wanna convert) to (your timezone)' and it would show up! (e.g. CST to GMT+5)
Maybe go on the game Koya Dance or RH dance go the server and look for people who are looking for people who want to be in there company or even go on koya dance or Rh’s discord and look for people who are looking for trainee’s
If you don't it might be a little harder but sometimes when you're in a public server in the game, you can find comps and ents. There are a few companies that require discord/TikTok, but most don't luckily!

As somebody who's been training a bunch for things like these, I have some tips :)
