I forgot people love exciting cars that stay in the maintenance shop.

Nice video. I have a question though - You said it was boring in the title but then it said it handles the corners pretty well...care to explain what you meant?

It’s definitely not boring! I drove that baby today and buying one tomorrow and I can say that IT DEFINITELY HANDLES CORNERS PRETTY WELL!❤️ I haven’t even drove it in sports mode yet! Imagine how it’ll be in corners once you do! 🤍I can’t wait to sign her off tomorrow!

"Boring" as in it's not designed for a track. This is an ES, so of course. The ES is engineered to be comfortable. It's perfectly sufficient for daily use.

It's the best car made for the money. Period.

Great Video. You said that the rear seats fold down. The rear seats do not fold down. Through the rear seat center arm rest, there is a panel that opens up a rear seat pass through for items like if you had a pair of Downhill Ski's. My father just bought this vehicle on Monday July 17, 2023. Lexus makes great automobiles. In 1992 my father traded in my mothers 1987 Mereceds Benz 560 SL Convertible, for a new 1992 Lexus SC 400 Sports Coupe. They owned the Vehicle for over 10 years. It was an amazing automobile.

Many so-called motor journalists keep labelling this car as "boring". Unfortunately Lexus is responding to this mythical demand for something "sportier" demanded by reviewers and messing the entire deal up with this "F" sport nonsense. Don't buy anything "F" sport. It ruins the car. This car was not meant to be sporty. It can never be an "F" sport. And it's really not a "fancy" Camry.

Lexus ES-350 is better than the Camry XSE 3.5L V6 because of better quality materials. Same V6 2GR-FKS engine and 8-Speed Automatic Transmission. Sorry, but the Camry TRD is garbage and not even sporty or classy. Looks much the same as the XSE V6 however the TRD lacks all the nice amenities and interior features. The TuRD is for the single person look what I have or have not of a Camry. With available accessories, kits, and body parts, any Camry can appear to look like a TuRD or spelled turd. Okay! Camry TRD is not unique, not defined, nor has its own identity. TuRD is a basic Camry with bolt-on parts, a sports-tuned suspension, and an exhaust system that gives a different feel and sound for $6k to $8k less than the Camry XSE V6 fully loaded as the XSE V6 is $10k to $12k less than the ES-350 F Sport. So, if you want the extra comfort, better quality interior, and provided you have the Mark Levinson sound system for $53k vs XSE V6 fully loaded $41.5K
then might be worth spending more. No reason to compare the ES-350 F Sport to the Camry TuRD. Oh! the ES-350 F Sport is not any sportier looking than the Camry as all you are getting is a slightly better quality built upperclass Camry. From a proud owner of a 2023 Toyota Camry XSE V6 fully loaded (Supersonic Red/Metallic Midnight Black aka 2 tone and Black SofTex interior not the ugly Red) MSRP of $41,305 includes the Delivery fee of $1,095. No Dealership markups. Paid OTD $39,200 however Sales Tax still hurts after negotiating the OTD price which was not included.
Always ask for the Dealer Invoice, never sign anything or permit them to do a Credit Check, do not say Paying in Cash. Once you negotiate the price, get the manager to sign off, then do the Financing or PAID IN FULL transactions. Do not give a Security Deposit or Holding Deposit if you do make certain that it is Fully Refundable and signed by the owner or manager that your deposit is to be returned in full with no reduction. Don't fall for or pay for the Nitrogen in Tires fiasco. You can purchase Toyota Extended Warranty "VSA" the vehicle service agreement from any U.S. Toyota Dealership. Shop around for best Quote. Got Toyota VSA for $1,815 a 10 year/120K miles $0 Deductible. If you plan on keeping the vehicle for less than 5 years do not buy VSA, if you drive more than 18k to 20k miles per year do not buy VSA as the Basic Warranty expires in 3 years and Power-Train "Engine/Trans" expires in 5 years.

They don't. The intension is sound isolation. Folding seats are not good sound isolation. That is in line with the entire ethos of this car. It is not and never will be a sports car.

The MSN article about Ford "SUVs". Why would I believe that these Minivans disguised as real trucks would be bought for anything but as pavement toys that don't really impress anyone. It isn't real? If it is Front-Wheel-Drive, don't drive it on anything rougher than the grass in your backyard. And stay away from ditches, or you will need someone with a real truck to pull you out of it. Will it do tough work? For a little (Short,) while, but then it will start to fall apart like all other Minivans that are used in conditions that will kill them.

Even if what you're saying was true, you're operating under the assumption that they'll be used for anything other than driving around town or on road trips. SUVs don't often get used for "tough work."

@@motorbiscuit Your 100% right. But don't use them to haul pull or tow anything on a regular basis either unless it is always 500 pounds or lighter. The drivetrains couldn't handle it.
