Just followed this process, wasn't too bad getting the adapter off an back on with your tips! Bad news - Jeep won't start now. It cranks, and if I give it some gas it'll run, but no attempt at idle at all, just turns off. Any ideas?
@@SEsGarage You nailed it - I ended up having to reset the computer by touching the two battery terminals together. Perfect idle after that. Thank for reply and for the video!
What's crazy is that you were actually using a nice length wrench to begin with and you still needed a cheater...lol. I probably would have tried a little heat first (personally) just to try and avoid using that kind of force.

How much oil did you loose ?
Using silicone grease is a bad idea, use oil or petroleum grease.
For clarity he used di-electric grease. Using oil is best.
