Really enjoy your videos Dave! I grew up in Guilford, CT but haven't lived there since graduating high school in 1976. The New England countryside is certainly still beautiful! I live in Cary, NC these days. We have about 90 miles of paved greenways here in Cary & another 117 miles in Raleigh (about 300 miles through-out the Triangle). I bought a go pro but haven't taken the time to create videos the way you have. I mostly ride my 2021 GT Grade Expert carbon gravel bike which I outfitted with SKS rocker fenders & Redshift Kitchen Sink handlebars. Thank you for taking me back to Connecticut on your bike journey's.

@@cc103acs That would be greatly appreciated! Riding from the green in downtown Guilford to the foothills of N. Guilford & Lake Quonnipaug on Little Meadow Road would be quite enjoyable. Also along the shoreline of Guilford from the docks is also quite beautiful. The house I grew up in is at 186 Alden Drive in Guilford. All the houses surrounded Malley's Pond. It was like living in a Norman Rockwell poster. Fantastic memories. Lol
I still have wonderful memories of what my high school girlfriend and her three beautiful sisters looked like while hanging out at Hammonasset Beach back in the day. We used to go body surfing over at Misquamicut Beach in Westerly, RI quite often too. They had a family of stunningly beautiful daughters for certain & more importantly all great people too! Oh to be young and 17 again! Lol
@@marks6041 I will develop a route and will ride it when the warmth of spring comes back. My childhood hometown is Wallingford, CT and I have done a number of “memory rides” for my alumni group. Some actually sent me the addresses of their childhood homes and I rode past them and included it in the video.
