I REALLY loved this video and I am hoping you will do more featuring other volunteers as well. I learned so much and appreciate even more the tremendous amount of care and work that goes into each patient that comes through the doors of TWC. I didn't realize there were 'tiers' the volunteers work through, but that makes so much sense. I had no appreciation for how many different roles a Tier 3 volunteer has... everything from handling different types of patients, administering different forms of care and even setting up enclosures! I am beyond impressed and want to personally thank Dr. Leanne Casaubon for being such a fabulous and invaluable part of the team at TWC. These videos are fantastic and so informative; my respect and admiration for the stellar team at TWC only grows with such content as they allow me a deeper understanding of all that is needed to run a wildlife rehab centre. The degree of knowledge, expertise, quality and care I have seen from every rescuer/volunteer/vet featured is nothing short of incredible. Clearly, TWC is living up to its vision and mission and I am proud to be a supporter and donor of this organization. Love you, TWC ❤
