If Mumford & Sons' new album isn't good, I'll definitely have to start listening to The Oh Hellos more. They've got beards, a banjo, an accordion, and their own charm.
I got some good wax cleaner, I think you have a rather large build up in your ears. I'm here to help. Just say the word! Free yourself from mediocrity and delusion, that's "ya know" if you want to.

I got no clue what Byrd's going on about, because you're absolutely right! Tyler's vocals are NOTHING to laugh at. HAVE YOU EVER LISTENED TO "TORCHES" IN NOTOS!?!? The first time I listened through the album, my jaw DROPPED when that second verse came around! At that point I had only heard a few songs of their's, plus Through the Deep Dark Valley, and I was just in AWE!?! I had already loved what I listened to prior, but this is when I KNEW that the Anemoi albums were gonna be GOLD. And here I am now, geeking out about The Oh Hellos for probably the thousandth time! I don't know where I'm going with this anymore, it's just kinda word vomit now. Anyway, I guess what I'm saying is that I'm really glad the world has Maggie and Tyler Heath's music! I don't think I'd be the same person without it, honestly! As someone who's majority of problems in life stem from religious trauma, I'm so glad I've found this band who knows and have gone through what I have, and have decided to come out the other side and make music that lets others know that they're not alone!
That’s not actually the lyric. The good news is it’s even better: “When you wage your wars against the one who adores you there you’ll never know the treasure that your worth” So beautiful and heartbreaking
@@dannywalsh9103 the next line is what makes it sad. If waging wars against the one who adores you makes you not know your worth, then “I’ve never been a wealthy one before” makes it personal
She is absolutely adorable.
Honestly yeah 😭
Love how there’s comments from 9 years ago and 8 months ago

The oh hellos are my favorite band. This is one of my favorite song of theirs, and they killed it on this performance of it.
So are we both here this year…

This song made me rather too sad yet I couldn't stop listening to it...
I feel so lonely 🥺
This song is life
Geeze what a good performance. Thank you Oh Hellos.
this is my favorite song ever
Such a beautiful voice.
Best online concert ever. So glad I got to be part of it!
The Oh Hellos say they're heavily inspired by Fleet Foxes, another incredible band!
Maggie's smile is my weakness
so lovely.
she is so beautiful jezz
Love this!
Did no other videos from this set make it onto youtube/vimeo etc?
I didn't know there were two Tyler's on the band
They are just the best!
best song ever
Is this based off the prodigal son parable?
Yes it is🙃
