That's why I love Coach. They have monogrammed bags and more branded bags but generally they're pretty minimal in that sense and I like that. It's not flashy at all in that sense, but it catches the eye cause the build and the quality are all there.
My favorite pieces recently are my Coach pieces that don’t have the logo all over it. The name is engraved in the hardware, like the zipper pull, but that’s about it. Plus I’m loving the turn locks lately & the throw backs to their classic looks. 😍
I may be mistaken, but coach actually released the bag way before Louis Vuitton. I am not sure if they produce it all the time or they release it again, but for what I know, they made that design many decades ago.

Coach has me excited , especially compared to the the other bags, it being the most approachable for my price comfort. I own a small red leather wristlet clutch as my designated cash pouch that I bought at an outlet store for $30.00 a few months ago, really happy with it.

Great video! Based on another vlogger I purchased the chalk Cassie last year and used it for a trip to Provence...since I have purchased the black and the nude. It is the perfect crossbody IMO. Love the easy phone access on the back, the pebbled leather, the dividers, the top handles. The LV is beautiful but not as usable as the Cassie. Have not bought Coach for years! They are really getting back in the game.
Great comparison! I have the same Coach Cassie as you. The oxblood is my favorite color! My only con so far is that the lining color in the back pocket transfers to my phone case. I prefer the turn-lock closure on the Cassie to the S-lock closure of the Pochette Métis. I had the monogram Pochette Métis before it was popular, but sold it a couple years later.

I have a vintage coach that is a lot like the Cassie and I like it better than the pocket Metis because it is so similar in functionality but way less flashy and also way more durable. Those bags can take so much use!!

My coach cassie bag (every so often) the strap unhooks and the purse goes flying off my body However given the cost and quality coach has been really stepping up their game

I originally wanted metis but I was in doubt how it would work for me so I bought cassie. Oh boy how much I use cassie! I put a cute scarf on the handle to make the cassie dressier. 😊 So if you can't afford lv metis, I would definitely recommend coach cassie!

The masculine beefaroo LV zipper gives the bag more of a unisex look. I just passed on a Pochette Matis for a Cassie because the Cassie is a bit better designed, the leather seems better than canvas or the emperiente, and obviously like 1/6 the cost.

I have the ysl one. I love the quality of the bag. Only downside to the ysl is the chain is kind of heavy and also I’m very careful with it because the leather is lambskin which is easier to scratch.
So although i am a lover of LV i think i am going to get the Cassie because i want a everyday cross body bag. And now that i think about it all the videos i watched i dont want to have to baby my bag.

I honestly get my charms from coach! I even sometimes get the charms from the female section as I can make it work for my style. I honestly am aggressive with my coach items, I agree with the coach price point, that’s why I am rough with my bags. 💼

I almost bought PM leather variation in Germany last year, they did not have canvas in stock , they told me it’s so hard to find in Europe PM in canvas, but LV much cheaper in Europe then in states . PM price in € 1500 canvas plus you can get VAT return about 10-12% and exchange rate pretty good now. Well I will probably wait for my next trip oversea to get one LV bag. This is a great review! 👏🏾 I keep looking at the Coach Cassie but I can’t make up my mind. I’m not sure if you are familiar with Brahmin but if so, which would you prefer? Coach or Brahmin.
I own both, and they're quite different. I find Brahmin bags are dressier. Coach is more casual. They achieve different looks and that's why I have both. They're both great quality bags.
The only thing I really don't like about the LV Pochette Metis is the zipper on the back... I've snagged too many cashmere sweaters on that zipper. The Cassie is my go to crossbody... If I need to carry a ton of crud, I carry one of my Birkin 30's. The YSL isn't my cup of tea...

Love your comparison, although I think that Coach is riding on the coat tails for Louis Vuitton with some of their recent designs. Honestly though most designers poach from each other these days!

Well coach has the court bag which is decades earlier that the metis . The now cassie bag is the a newer version of that classic court bag.
Yes, Cassie is comparable to Court and LV Pochette Métis is similar to LV Monceau and Cartouchiere - all the older styles are from the 80s 🤗

Hi, dear Cindy! Great awesome review on the 3 gorgeous bags! Love al of them. My Mom has the PM in monogram, I advise her to keep the plastic sticker on the clasp😅🙌. I watched so many reviews on PM, so I was rather prepared for that issue.

I'm shocked by the LV zipper it looks cheap and sloppy not the LV quality that I expected. my mom has an LV from 15 years ago and a zipper doesn't look like that

I own both, and they're quite different. I find Brahmin bags are dressier. Coach is more casual. They achieve different looks and that's why I have both. They're both great quality bags.
I love the Cassie so much but im a bit dissapointed with the quality. Peeled off here and there within two weeks im using it.
Oh no! Mine still looks great. If yours is peeling after only 2 weeks bring it back to Coach - they have a great warranty 🥰
I have had mine over six months without problems so definitely shouldn't be doing that! 😔
Are you using the calf leather rust/canvas combo? It is a problem specific to that style. The pebble leather bags don't do this.
The only thing I really don't like about the LV Pochette Metis is the zipper on the back... I've snagged too many cashmere sweaters on that zipper. The Cassie is my go to crossbody... If I need to carry a ton of crud, I carry one of my Birkin 30's. The YSL isn't my cup of tea...

Hi! I’ve worn the Oxblood Cassie with white tips and light jeans and it does not bleed, even after it got wet from the rain! If you’re concerned about color transfer you can try using Apple garde stain protector for leather th-cam.com/video/QSRzFNSSRgc/w-d-xo.html Hope that helps!

Thanks Yota! I haven’t seen any peeling or cracking it I just got it this summer so I’ll keep my eye out! They supposedly fixed the problem. Yay we are Cassie twins - I also just got the pink one during their last sale 💞🤗

Hey, How is you cassie holding up? I have a black one and it is cracking at the inside parts and I used it only two three times!
That sounds awful - you should bring it back to the store! Mine has held up very well and I use it all the time. If the leather has a tendency to crack I may start using a leather conditioner to keep it supple. Good luck with your bag and thanks so much for watching!
I love coach their comeback and brassy metals are really high quality I rather buy 3 leather coachs than the Lv canvas metis. All though ill be getting the metis in the black Emp After watching all the canvas reviews.
Love your comparison, although I think that Coach is riding on the coat tails for Louis Vuitton with some of their recent designs. Honestly though most designers poach from each other these days!

The Coach style is not a dupe/knock off of the LV.... Coach redid a bag that they made (same type style) years and years ago
