The land is beautiful. The house would be fun to renovate. And the insulting comments? They are sad, miserable people. Thanks for showing us,these amazing places
Wow excellent opportunity here. With some time, patience and resources this can be an incredible dream home without breaking the bank! Good job Rino as usual
A beautiful piece of land in a lovely area! If I were younger and richer...I can only imagine the house I'd rebuild and each fall press oil from my very own100 olive trees! Grazie, Rino!
Excelente espectáculo❣️ 🎉 ❤ 👀 ..That tree 😍 is just awesomeness. Gorgeous property ❣️💯 Thank you. Gracias. Grazie. Did I mention that, yes I love it❣️😎
So nice. I'm hooked for Guardiagrele but in the 2 visits this year i know , in centre , wíth a small garden for my doggy is difficult. Go a bit outsite 😅😮 i have the problem i get a lót off olive trees with the propperty and a now a bit off fruittrees but nothing about the beautyful olive trees ... sooo it sames a bit off a problem . I don't want too kill them because off not taken care the right way . I stll 😮 just don't know yet what would be best for me and my litlle doggy . I won't give up . The views here wowww but without all the trees ... thank you for showing . This week when i'll be better i hope too finely can drive too you all and won't go back without oures for ever home 😂😅👋👋👋🤞
Was obviously a family home years ago - kids swing in the garden - what happened - there is damage to the building as tho an earthquake struck. But the land is gorgeous. It's hard to understand how anybody could just leave it all to become a ruin !!!
This looks perfect - i have a question pls . If i buy this property and leave it like this for some time ( the plan is to renovate in 2 yrs or so ) , will i still be subject to the IMU and TARI ( even though the property is unlivable ? Grazie
😅 iff you're still living at the end off this video , can i ask you too help me with these magnifficent trees in time ... ? Everytime i see a lovely propperty like this it comes with these enorm acres off ground but i don't know bad it is incite , ore do i miss that ... ? Would it be possible too create a place for ? Let say 4 / 6 campers . Ore is that not done in the small village. I have no idea . Let me know . Would there alsow be people who would take over ore rent the land with the olive trees ? In the Netherlands that is possible. Maybey it just is tooooo mutch off everything 😅😮 but the location is fantastic , the house looks so different, nice the way it's build .
Hi! It's an option for sure but I believe it's nice to take care of them on your own. It's mostly harvesting in October, pruning in February and use fertilizer once per year
First, of all things, if they want to keep that gorgeous tree, the vines should be removed, some decent dirt should be added, a little at a time, for the next year. More fertilizer should be added once a month. Trees can’t be replaced. I really like this home. The olive trees are a kicker for me. Plenty of room for myself and some of my four brothers and sisters.

Such beautiful potential!!! I love the olive grove and the garden!!
I love properties like this! The land itself is beautiful, but the rustic, raw state of the house has a certain charm.

Hi Rino. Do you know what the yearly taxes are for the land?
Splendid garden space! Truly beautiful.
Do I understand correctly, that the 59K Euros does *not* include the section with the olive trees?
No no, all is included in the price
How does it work with the olive groves? Do you contract someone to harvest them and produce the oil? How much maintenance do the trees require?
Hi! It's an option for sure but I believe it's nice to take care of them on your own. It's mostly harvesting in October, pruning in February and use fertilizer once per year
it's a very hard work to harvest....
Hi any chance to see more pictures ? Thank you for videos .
Hi! Yes, send me an email to info@onestopabruzzo.com for more information!
How much would it roughly take to have this place renovated in to a livable condition?
Hi! Estimation is between 70 and 100

That is exactlly what i was thinking, it suffecates (?) the tree .
sold already?
How do I get in contact with you?
Hi, send me an email to info@onestopabruzzo.com for anything you might need!
@@OneStopAbruzzo thank you. I did not get a price, except 100k or so to repair the house.
Hi, it's in the thumbnail and the description :)
What the maintenance cost of this property each year could be if I have it as a vacation property? Thank you.
