LINKS to the first 3 videos in this series. Watch at least the Minor Family one first -assumed knowledge for this lesson! I decided not to link to lessons about how to play the head - on reflection, none of them were actually helpful for that. I uploaded a PDF of notation & TAB fingering instead. Comping Minor Family chords & intro to the Method 👉 th-cam.com/video/J-3fdCUfmeM/w-d-xo.html Comping Dominant Family chords 👉th-cam.com/video/4AmMepC6EGA/w-d-xo.html Comping Major Family chords 👉th-cam.com/video/ursvI24J-QM/w-d-xo.html
I really appreciate these lessons. Not just the content but the format. It is very helpful to include a short backtrack right after you teach and demonstrate the concept. Much easier than watching a full video to the end and then trying it. he very clear identification of the particular concept that we are talking about is very helpful as well. Thanks much for doing this!!!
Hi Saul, your channel is pure gold, after comping by chord families lessons now you give us a real example and how to put all in action to make real music and even improvise, I am very happy to follow all your lessons, I can see you have a clear vision and organized structure to make people learn, thank you a lot, very much appreciated!! Also thank you very much for the PDFs and diagrams material and for music references!
