Great video!
As an audio guy however, I felt like there is something off on the vocal fx chain. If there is any. It sounds very muffled at times, and at others overly bright in the sence that S sounds got more annoying.
Id recommend adding an EQ with a low cut around 70-90hz depending on when you start to hear it on your voice and some slight compression after that just to get the volume level.
Disconnecting the mic from the desk could also prevent the keyboard slamming. A spider holder thingy for a mic probably does the trick, but the low cut I mentioned earlier also makes this a lot more bearable :)
This is yet another rabbit hole you can get lost in, but these simple steps cound do a lot :)

I have a Question though, could one create an efficient animation with just one layer?

I personally like to use only one layer, but ofc it's much nicer to use multiple.. So efficient? Not so much. Doable? Definitely. If you wanna colour and line though, that's quite annoying to do with one layer

krita! it's a free open source software :) it's both on windows and android, also it's mainly for drawing but also has great animation features.
