I prefer daylight which is usually white light. You can also mix bulbs. Like place one white and one yellow, that way it won't look odd on your face

First of all try to use a good primer. Use mattifying foundation, and compact. Use a good setting spray.
And even after that your makeup is getting oily and you need to wipe it. Try to use bloating paper or thin tissue paper. Just press the sheet on your face. Don't rub or wipe or move it across. Just press gently so that the sheet can absorb the sweat and oil.
