Tornado and Warrior balls are by far the best. Tornadoes are a little faster with more bounce. Warriors are a little easier to grab. Get a few of each and see which you like better. If you are very new to foosball, Warrior balls might be the better choice.

I made it. Glue pink foam boards together to make big block. Carve out the man. Use spray paint cans for arms.

Theres not a lot of secrets. Talent for the game and ton's of dedicated practice, thats what it takes.
