I started playing 2 months before in my new office ..I spend my breaks on it and even stay late in the office to play this amazing game..never thought that the game which I saw in my childhood in friends show could be this much addictive that it would made me search for it and brought me here.. Thank you so much for the tips pal..
Great stuff man, thank you! Also worth noting is that defense guys slanted slightly backwards will help you hold on to the blocked shots easier, and slanted backwards goalie will better cover the dinks/corners. I mostly play defense, and unless ball is at their 3 line, i dont move goalie (in the middle of the table) or my 3 line defense (guy covering my far corner 3/4 of the ball away from post) at all. This gets many blocked shots from their 2 line and 5 line. Some go thru but save percentage is very high
Hey! Ive casually played decades ago and found a local group to play with and am enjoying the game again. Your videos are great and I've got a better understanding of physics than most but I don;t understand the terminology you are using. At around 4:15: "a great long", "cutback", "deadbar", "spray the ball" - all of the sudden there are a bunch of terms that I'm guessing at what they mean.
Im looking for a tournament soccer million dollar table, brown black or blue top! If anyone knows of something for sale let me know! My dad was a 70’s pro and i want to surprise him w a table
Yes i do! When the ball is being walked around, few players can actually move the ball a far distance without going into a rock. so when the ball is being tapped around you will want to stay in front of it, have good spacing and figure out what direction they are better at while tapping the ball. I bet you will find that they can only shoot one direction while tapping the ball around. only a couple top players can really move the ball coast to coast while tapping!
Please post more defense videos (and others as well) can you explain from pin shots point of view. I play bonzini and no one really plays pull shot. the normal is pin shots like Snake, open hand pull and open hand from center. Thanks for the great videos!
These are the wrong machine If you ever play with the old cast iron end and cork ball you would know what I mean My generation stop playing when those machine went out and these plans for ones came in please bring back the cast iron machine Im telling you this game would become one of the most popular game in the world,,
Awesome videos! Just subscribed :D I still have a question tho: First of all, I played for the first time just 2 years ago, went to a lot of pubs after that and just a few months ago, I started to play in a local club with way better players than I am. In those few months I play there, I learned quite a lot, but there is still one player who does an amazing Dink Shot (Push Side) and a REALLY strong Push Kick to the long hole and I cant seem to find a solution to holding those shots. Maybe I'm just too slow, maybe my defense is not good (prbly both of them as I said, I'm not playing for a long time), any tipps or drills I can use to defend said shot possibilities and increase overall speed (both on defense and on starting speed for shots from the 2-bar). And again: Thanks for your videos, keep up the awesome work!
I'm a defence player for a long time. Everybody knows each other's style. If you did the first few things you showed you would seriously get your ass kicked by my opponents. Ho How about showing me how to deal with stopping shots I've already blocked?
My new office colleagues underestimate becuz this game Is new for me....but I really want to challenge them and wanna win the 3 games consecutively......aur uske baad. Kahunga unse.....zhuk ke rehna padega mere aage vrna yhi Patak kar choddh dunga

any tips on dealing with taps on the ball during a snake? dealing with adjustment when the ball is being walked?

Hi, what material is the actual green board (playing field) that the ball is usually on? Mine is like wood, is that ok?
It is melamine. Heavy particle board covered in a plastic sheet. It is easy to produce very flat, which is why it’s used in so many foosball tables.
@@DanUtley oh thanks

Lucy Siriwardena since I was 16 or so. But started playing tournaments in 2004. Got my pro ranking in 2008.
