It is a hilarious but sadly accurate portrayal of people trying to assimilate into a system that never intended to include them in the first place.I am not Stepin’ Fechit which is exactly who we are expected to be which is why I am creating my exit plan. In 35 years of being in corporate, I have seen the same things repeated with different people playing the same roles. God bless you Amanda.
