Thanks for the info. Euro vibe, no luck, no dice and card based gameplay are all a massive turn-off, but I have a chance to get it with all expansions for less than I spent on pizza yesterday so ill risk it. Besides, there's no way we could possibly hate it more than Gloomhaven right? Ha!
It took me almost all the video, but I finaly found out whom your voice reminded me of! Jeffrey Combs's Shram character from Star Trek. Ho, and also, thank you for the review :O)
This game truly does not get the credit that it deserves. It is probably my favorite game to play gameplay wise but loses out in it's light story and lore content. The gameplay is very similar or Mage Knight and I really think it deserves a reprint and expansion. Let's hope it gets one.
I thought it was solid, but the story packs I think really up it. Gives you a purpose and a bit more of a win condition. I'd be down for a bit more content!
@@wiktormonfilsgustafsson56 yes the core is only score based. For solo you gotta have the adventure packs. The expansion is good too, but the APs are great
@@wiktormonfilsgustafsson56 without the expansions and APs. As a 1 on 1 competitive game it's solid core an it's mediocre solo. But add those expansion and it's tops solo

My 3 best solo games: Dungeon Alliance, Mage Knight and Lord of the Rings LCG. Dungeon Alliance is a milestone for solo puzzling dungeon crawl games!
