Thanks! Our favorite probably still has to be the engine Pro . It folds, it has fat tires, it has full suspension, it's powerful.. It's been good for awhile now
A fellow Buckeye here and current owner of a 2021 Flagstaff RKB. We are moving to Florida and I am thinking of selling the 5th Wheel here in Ohio but may haul it down to Florida and sell down there like you guys did. I wanted to know if you think you did better selling down in Florida then I can in Ohio? Thanks.
Hello there, we actually were living on the road full time hence the reason we sold our RV in Florida. I didn't really see drastic difference between the pricing of used units in Ohio versus Florida but you may want to consider what we did. Comparing identical units the further you get away from Indiana the more the unit's going to cost due to the fact that somebody most likely had to pay for shipping to whatever state it's going to outside of Indiana. So you can pretty much Bank on the fact that your unit should sell for about $2,000 more in Florida just based on the shipping cost that somebody paid one of these Transit companies to get the unit in Florida in the first place. Now, with that said, we sold our RV in Florida so we didn't have to haul it back to Ohio. In our case we really didn't have a place to store it nor did we want to winterize it. The fact that you're heading to Florida means you don't have to worry about winterizing however you do have to worry about having a place to store it and of course the Florida Heat Place Havoc on anything that's not being protected from the Sun or at least air conditioned. So if you don't have a place to keep it until it sells you may want to take that in consideration Plus the cost of transporting it versus driving without towing anything. Other than that I don't know of a big difference in pricing. If we were in your shoes I think I would probably focus on selling it in Ohio but, at this time of year it's kind of on the late side considering camping season started in March and is getting ready to end around October. Of course on the other hand Florida's influx of people is getting ready to pick up starting in November so you may have good luck selling it to someone that's either wanting to relocate down there into an RV park or maybe their RV in it quite make it and they have reservations they still want to fulfill. It's a tough call. Good luck with your move. We will probably be back at least in a snowbird capacity within the next 3 to 5 years if we can last that long LOL.
@Rvdaydream I appreciate the insight and will most likely try my luck in Florida to sell since they have a longer camping season. And if I can't get what I want out of it I will just keep it. Thanks again.
Well, was late to the review 🤦🏻♀️…and now they’re out of stock! But, as you know, that price is a little steep for me. Would those handle bars be able to tilt back just a little?
