I love historical true crime and I’m always happy to hear more of these stories especially since given the time period in which these crimes took place, it was much easier for people to get away with their crimes for a longer period of time and oftentimes in these stories, it really does just go on and on and on and it is hard to believe but it’s true.

Fun Fact: back in the day houses were measured by rooms rather than square feet. That's why old houses have a lot of tiny rooms and are usually renovated. So a 14 room mansion probably isn't as big as you're thinking it is.

@@TehNemoz Most houses until mid 20th century had shorter doorways. My sister used to live in a house built in the 1930s. She turned the attic into my niece's bedroom. I used to bang my head on the doorway and I am 5'3. My brother-in-law had to duck when he would go in the room. He was 5'10.

I love historical true crime and I’m always happy to hear more of these stories especially since given the time period in which these crimes took place, it was much easier for people to get away with their crimes for a longer period of time and oftentimes in these stories, it really does just go on and on and on and it is hard to believe but it’s true.
