turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon
mustard seed- 2 tablespoon
fennel seed - 1 tablespoon
sichuan pepper corn - 1 tablespoon
cumin seed - 1 tablespoon
fenugreek seed - 11/2 tablespoon
black cumin seed - 1/2 tablespoon
hing 1/2 tablespoon
oil - 1 cup
vinegar - 2 tablespoon
