As a Greninja main I am very happy to watch Greninja being played in NA finals and dominating Waiting for Overlord to play Greninja and show everyone it's true potential

Is comboing double team and surf good? I met a blue badge Greninja this morning, it's a hard match, the enemy and our team are equally good, he play pretty good and deal 98k damage.
I have green badge gren and I switch between screen and team. Screen is better since you can get away quicker and the boosted basic attack is great. Double team works nicely to confuse the other team and get away too It’s really up to whatever you find more convenient

Greninja is ridiculous. As a new player i always go middle with sobble and i am fully evolved within 2 minutes. I am stomping teams with this thing in ranked and dropping 24 kills. Is this normal in the beginning or is this thing simply so op?
I feel like pokemon that require skill are too inconsitent in soloQ and get overshadowed by easy to play and broken pokemon. That's why I have less and less fun in unite.
Take red buff first cuz of invaders and also blue buff is short duration. So instead of using it for farming you can take blue buff last and use it for fighting

This is like my games go actually…i dominate until rayquaza comes….than comes an opponent pokemon out of the blue and last hit…lose… Like 4 out of 10 games work like this…sometimes I have this luck too, but than we still lose…things happen
Don't start Rayquaza if you are winning and there are enemy with powerful last hitting like Mew, Venusaur and Decidueye that still alive, just guard it and eliminate enemy that approach it while defending your own goal zone. It's a basic knowledge
it's so hard to do the greninja surf combo cus befor you do the unite surf combo you are either stunned or dead. Personally I would never run greninja over something like glaceon who is not only a strong mage character but also an adc with ice shard . Cinderace is probably better. Decidueye is better than greninja. Duraludon is so underrated . Greninja smokescreen has a 12 second cooldown!! In long team fights you use it once you don't have another mobility move for the entire fight . Surf does not do enough damage to justify a 9 second cooldown and it does so little damage that getting resets feels so try hard cus I could do so much more with another auto attacker. Maybe it's just my inexperience with greninja talking but who knows, greninja is after all a high skill ceiling pokemon with the surf and smokescreen build afterall
greninja technically counters every adc since his smoke disables their autos and being stunned after unite shouldn't be an issue if you dont engage first (wait out some cooldowns) and run full heal. Surf has a 7 sec cd but your autos reset it so it's more like 2-3 seconds if you auto properly and it's not only a damage tool since i dont see enough greninja players using it as mobility. Smoke screen cd also shouldnt be an issue if you dont just use it for no reason.
Definitely not. Spoon only viable on Sp. Attack Pokemon (Espeon, Lapras, Gengar, etc.) Id normally play my gren with Attack weight, muscle band, and rapid scarf, but you can try putting other items for a build thats best for you as long its works for him. You COULD try go for CDR build, but id not recommend it since he already has CDR in his basic attacks. Try looking up some builds and see how feel about them. Keep in mind, current Gren kinda struggles in meta right cuz of competition so bear that in mind.
Can't say Water Shuriken is better. Damage-wise it's definitely better but Surf pays off by giving much more utility. I'd say Surf and Water Shuriken are equal overall.

I miss playing this build. He was great at his time but now, most of the ADCs outclass him and his counterpart Cinderace received buffs that made him relevant in the meta. He needs some buffs to keep him relevant right now but other than that, he doesn't need much.

it doesnt matter much blue buff makes your clear it bit faster but not by too much red buff first is better when you get invaded
